Just ONE THING! It could be a phone call you've been putting off because you aren't sure what to say... especially if you need to "fire" a client or independent contractor. It could be asking for an appointment. It could be asking for a personal introduction to a dream referral partner.
Set your timer for 15 minutes. Get it done before the bell sounds.
