What if, instead of searching online for solutions to your obstacles, you could tap into your “inner genius” and receive personal, inspired direction?
We each have this ability yet most of us look outward rather than inward for answers.
Now before you start thinking, “she’s been drinking woo-woo juice”, hear me out…
Every person who has achieved great things has tapped into their inner genius or inner voice. Some people refer to this as being “in the vortex”, listening to “spirit”, or inspiration from God, Jesus, the Universe or Creator.
Whatever name you give it, it’s still the same thing – direct, personal revelation available to all who ask.
I’d like to share 3 things that I do each morning to help me “tap into” and “unleash” my inner genius. I hope that you’ll take this to heart and implement these 3 habits into your life. I know it will impact your life with the answers you seek that are best for YOU and fill you with peace as you release those things that don’t matter.
The 3 Steps:
1. Find a quiet spot and comfortable chair where you are least likely to be disturbed. Have a pen and paper handy. I do this for about 15 minutes in the morning, some people do it in the evening. Find what works best for you.
2. I start my 15-minute meditation with giving silent gratitude. I list at least 2 good things that happened the day before so my energy is connecting with positive vibrations. When I take the time to specifically focus on the good things that happened, the Universe delivers of it to me. If I focused on the things that didn’t go well, the Universe would deliver more of that to me.
3. Write down 2 questions to ask repeated in your mind. One of mine is, “What is the most important thing I should do in my business today that will move me closer to my goals? Please help me recognize your answer”. Then listen carefully. Write down the impressions that come to you; then act on them. Put anything that didn’t come from this experience to the side for now.
It will take some time to get yourself in the “zone” so you can truly connect with your inner genius. It’s not hokey or some weird thing… It’s the same habit that Dale Carnegie, Napoleon Hill, Tony Robbins, and many others apply daily to live their lives in a way that makes a significant impact.
Sometimes life is hectic but spending 15 minutes meditating and seeking counsel from your “inner genius” will move you closer to dreams faster and easier than anything else you can imagine. Here’s a chart that describes how consistent, focused meditation delivers much better results than hours working.
Practice these 3 steps and watch the magic unfold! Please share what you experience and the results you get…
