Creating products that actually sell in large quantities is one of the obstacles many of my clients face. The most effective way to overcome this block is to change how your viewpoint: Look at it from they eyes of your prospects.
People don't buy products. They buy solutions and results. Create an offer that uses the words and expressions your target market uses as a way to capture their attention. Continue from their viewpoint as you write your opt-in, sales page, and thank you page.
When speaking, be sure to share your talk from the viewpoint of your audience and ideal prospects. They'll think " She's talking to me! I'm so glad I'm here today!" They will be engaged from the beginning.
- What is the value your clients experience? What words and phrases do they use? What have they written in their testimonials or recommendations? What are the most common results that thrill your clients that they relate back to you?
- Create your offer based on the results your target market want. Keep it simple, keep it short, and keep it to the point. Modify and condense your thoughts, ideas, and how-to directions into a product that makes it easy to understand, follow, and achieve results. People are more interested in getting results quickly than how long the document or product is. It's value should be in the quality of content, not size of the product.
Creating products that generate interest at your speaking gigs and fly off your shelf or website sales page begin with knowing what your prospects are looking for. They don't care about you. They care about themselves. Master the art of positioning your offers from their eyes and sales will increase significantly as you market and drive traffic.
