When it comes to business, passion and hope aren't enough to achieve our dreams. Sure, passion is important and will help us keep going, even when things get tough. Hope is essential - it's the shining beacon of light in the dark that guides us to the "promised dream".
The missing piece is our plan. How are we going to actually achieve our goals? How will we make our dreams a reality?
