If you are like most of us, you really know your stuff. The hard part is getting new clients, customers, or patients. You may feel like you are on a rickety bridge trying to cross a deep raven filled with boulders, trees, and fast-moving water. Some information you find will tell you to think positive and visualize the end results and you'll attract new prospects but you aren't finding them. Others will point to the other side and tell you to get going - you need to talk to everyone, but that seems really annoying to them and you. And others may tell you to attend every networking event out there and give your sales pitch over and over again because it's a numbers game.
But there's an alternative to all of this. It's speaking: the one-to-many concept.
Speaking provides an opportunity to talk to many of your ideal clients at one time rather than just one at a time. When you have a compelling offer and effective follow-up strategy in place, you can easily and comfortably convert prospects to buyers when THEY are ready to buy, not when you want them to buy. You move from sleazy salesperson to trusted advisor. This one concept alone add strength to your bridge.
Have you considered hiring someone who can walk with you over this bridge? Someone who has been across it several times, has successfully helped others, and is willing and able to help you?
If so, I'd love to talk with you. Because being your own boss is only a perilous journey when you think you have to travel alone.
