Greer Childers shows us how we can use breathing for aerobic exercise, whether we are using her specific floor or chair exercises. At of this minute, it’s too hard for me to get up and down off the floor. Using her chair method allows me to raise my heartbeat to the “fat burning level” quickly. If you don’t have the tool she uses in this video, you can use resistance bands. 

The first 10 breaths focus on tightening the face and neck – be sure to take a “before” photo and another after 20 days of doing these exercises. You’ll be shocked at the improvement!!! (No plastic surgery necessary!!!! LOL)
